Aims and Scope

The Journal of the Korean Society of Fisheries Technology (KSFT) was launched in 1965.

This journal publishes original articles, notes, short communications concerning numerous aspects of fisheries, fishing vessels, ocean communication, marine environments and aquatic science. The scope of this journal includes, but is not limited to fisheries science, fishing technology, fisheries management, environmental aspects of fisheries, health and culture of fish, oceanography, biology, genetics, ecology, physiology, evolutionary research, population dynamics, ecosystem analysis, fisheries acoustics, and the economic and social aspects of fisheries.
